My Approach
This is practical mysticism in action — I join the spiritual and the practical in everything we do.
I work shoulder-to-shoulder with you in the actual work — critiquing your designs with encouragement, helping you brainstorm and strategize, giving real-time feedback, sometimes even co-creating copy or offers with you. I’ve started many of my own businesses and helped launch hundreds of others, so I bring hands-on awareness of what actually works.
I’m deeply intuitive — clients constantly tell me I can see things about people I’ve never met, that I understand motivations and dynamics they couldn’t articulate themselves. I help you see your situation from all angles, reflect back what you’re telling me at a meta-level, and show you what stage you’re in so you can navigate with more clarity.
I help you access your own inner wisdom — asking questions that get to the core, inviting you to feel things out in your body, exploring your beliefs and checking how things land energetically. We’ll anchor insights with mantras, perspectives, and embodied practices that give you sustainable forward momentum.
I reframe your struggles as initiations — helping you see your story and journey in a new way. My clients all say they feel better after talking with me. We go deep when needed, honor the emotional roots with empathy, but we also bring humor and lightness. This journey should be fun. And you always leave with grounded, practical next steps that translate insight into immediate action.

My work is shaped by the Stoics, Pythagoras, Orpheus, Plato, Aristotle, Herodotus, and Jung — the deep wells of wisdom that remind us the inner life and the outer life were never meant to be separate.
My personal mentors: Sonya Sophia of the School of Living Light, Paul Selig, Catherine Linard, Randy David, Ama the Hugging Guru, and teachers from The Oneness Movement. Through all levels of Reiki attunement and deep study at The Interchange Institute, I’ve had powerful direct experiences of frequency, presence, and the transformative power of conscious connection.
